My plan for 2018


January is halfway done so it's about time I commit my intentions to writing. I've thought a lot about some changes that I hope will make life simpler and less stressful.  However I need to make sure these are achievable and not counterproductive. I know my default approach will be to feel disheartened if they don't go to plan, so I'll have to keep reminding myself these resolutions are designed to reduce stress not be another thing to add to my plate.

1) Declutter the family home.  Slowly and intentionally.
2) Practice self care. You cannot pour from an empty jug.
3) Reduce spending. A cause of much worry.
4) Plan special family time.
5) Be more organised.

These are the five main areas I am focusing on and I'll consider exactly how I'll be working on them in future posts. I'll also reflect on the journey- I'm so glad you will be joining me on becoming an Untroubled Mum X
